If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of dresses, jeans, shirts & tops, or any other item, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached and unworn. Please note:
- All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items or intimate apparel (swimwear and socks) for hygiene reasons
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Once we receive your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account, depending on your financial institution
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
