Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas due to logistical constraints.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 days after shipping (plus 1-2 days processing)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS with delivery in 15-25 days after shipping (plus 1-2 days processing)
How long does order processing take?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping from our warehouse in Arvada, Colorado.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
